2.2. Confirmation of the order
The realization of the order implies, in any case, the obligation of payment of the same. The customer shall confirm the order placed by clicking the button “ORDER WITH PAYMENT OBLIGATION” or an expression analogous within the payment process. From this confirmation, the order is firm and shall be automatically registered and ANAIAK APLISERVICIOS, SL will proceed to the shipment and/or delivery in the form selected by the customer.

2.3. Price, currency and taxes.

For shipments within the territory of the peninsula, the transport will be free for orders over 50 euros, for amounts below this amount the shipping cost will be 5 euros regardless of the amount of the order.

Bills or invoices are payable cash, net and without discounts.
In no case, may a claim or handling, to justify a delay or a suspension of payment of the price of the Product.
If the invoice is issued in the name of a third party at the request of the Client, both shall be jointly and severally obligated to respond in the payment of the same.

Payment with Credit Card:

You pay the amount of the purchase by bank transfer. In this case the payment must be made within a maximum period of 5 calendar days from the date of execution of the order. The delivery of the same will be done from the confirmation of such transaction.

Withdrawal: The consumer has 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order to withdraw from the same. The product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation (guarantees, labels and instructions of use ...) and original packaging otherwise we will not be able to proceed to your refund.
It is very important that we return the product perfectly packaged. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, not admit the return. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and we have checked that all the above conditions, we will admit the return of the product and shall, prior to 14 calendar days from receipt by us, the refund of all amounts paid, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice by you of a type of delivery different than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
